What kind of flowers for bridesmaids?

I%26#039;m not sure on flowers for the bridesmaids... here is the link to the dresses http://davidsbridal.com/images/fashions/...

its the teal and baby blue dresses

i%26#039;m looking for the type of flower or at best a link.

What kind of flowers for bridesmaids?
Obviously you like teal. Aside from that, what is your favorite color(s). Seriously. What color(s) makes you feel good. What color(s) do you like to wear?

There are no %26#039;teal%26#039; flowers, and even if there were that would just be too much of a good thing.

Try to decide what color(s) you%26#039;d like to pair with the teal. A lot will depend on your personality and preferences.

Do you lean towards the yellows...

Do you like pink shades...

Maybe soft peaches are more your liking...

Mixing soft yellows, pinks, and peaches would be a good compliment to the teal dress.

You will probably want to stay away from the more vibrant colors. They would compete with the teal.

The style of the bouquets, and the flowers you choose again, depend on your personality.

If I were doing the bouquets I would probably recommend a medium sized nosegay with 12-15 roses in a mixture of soft yellows, pinks, and peaches. If filler flowers are wanted, small spray roses (in white or in colors) or even babies breath could be used in moderation. Keep it simple - not too fussy.

I would finish the handle with a banding technique with satin ribbon in one of the colors of the roses. No streamers. They would be too much with the sash on the back.

Reply:Single white rose?
Reply:Below is a link for alstroemerias, they%26#039;re a small scentless lily. They come in a gazillion colors. I think the white, yellow and pink would look good with your dresses, which are beautiful by the way.
Reply:I like simple. How about 1 single long stem white rose?
Reply:Since the dress is such a bold color, I would stick with white, perhaps with a touch of blue thrown in. A bouquet of white roses with blue hydrangeas thrown in would be gorgeous!!

The picture below has white roses and blue and white freesia. They are beautiful and smell lovely!

The second picture is roses and hydrangea.
Reply:I think a small cluster (like 5) callalillies wrapped in a ribbon would be SO pretty. Nothing too crazy, bc The dress is bold, and you don%26#039;t want to be too busy. No greens or anything.
Reply:CAMELLIA (RED) - You%26#039;re a Flame in My Heart

LILY (WHITE) - Virginity, Purity, Majesty, It%26#039;s Heavenly to be with You

ROSE (WHITE AND RED MIXED) - Unity, Flower Emblem of England

BELLS OF IRELAND - Good Luck

BABY%26#039;S BREATHE - Happiness

Good luck
Reply:I have found many style flower girl dresses on this website http://www.shopofbrides.com/shopdisplayc... they can custom your dresss ,you can chose any color from their color panel. good luck with you.
Reply:Something white or ivory. Perhaps pink. You don%26#039;t want too many colors going on which is why the white would be good.

That dress is definitely not going to flatter anyone over a size 6.

I hope they had some say in picking it out.
Reply:white calla lillies would be beautiful with that dress..the link below has a picture of different ways u could use them
Reply:Big white peonies that haven%26#039;t opened....orchids...calla lillies...freesias

check out the %26#039;Pastel Wedding Bouquets%26#039;

and definitely check out: http://www.brides.com Click on %26#039;bouquets%26#039;. You can choose from color, shape, to the style of wedding you%26#039;re having.
Reply:I would use a light blue with white or ivory flowers with teal ribbon and baby breath in teal. Best Wishes
Reply:What about a small grouping of Hydrageas with something else softer or drapy tucked in between and wrapped with ribbon. I say small group because they can be rather large heads of flowers - so it will end up a nice sized bouquet.

They come in many hues from very bright to more muted. I am thinking you could go bold with a hot pink or red or softer with these creamy greenish and ivory ones. There are even some that are kinds of pinkish or bluish or greenish at the tips of the petals then fade into ivory near the base of the petal. They are not all that expensive either and they dry very nicely.

Love the dress by the way.
